As a small business, we aim to provide a customer service identical to Amazons. Unfortunatley our budget isn’t quite there yet. Regardless we do deeply care for our customers and want to guarantee a refund for any damaged/open packages delivered as we hope this never happens but understand that it sometimes does during the journey over. Please contact us about any returns, as each case is unique and will be treated as such. Please attach photos of the damaged product so our team can move forward with the request.
